Charlamagne Tha God Defends Justin Timberlake Against the Haters

After Justin Timberlake received backlash for simply stating that he was inspired by Jesse Williams' 2016 BET Awards acceptance speech. Twitter jumped on to Timberlake and Charlamagne Tha God came to his defense recently clarifying Timberlake's point.

Timberlake did apologize for anyone he may have offended on Twitter but the backlash kept coming.

So, Charlamagne Tha God made it a point to give every single one of the people who got mad at Timberlake the Donkey of the Day.

Charlamagne stated that it was one of the biggest reaches on social media that he has seen in a long long time.

"I don't know how many times I have to tell y'all we need white people to stand up and speak out about the racial injustices that are happening in this country," said Charlamagne.

"So if Jesse Williams said something that touched Justin Timberlake's heart and Justin was inspired by the speech we should welcome that."

He continued to say that Timberlake's reply was to make the point of equality which is that we are all equal humans regardless of our skin color. He also said that the people who reached at Timberlake were distracting from the point of William's speech which was to send a message of equality.
