Celebrities Speak Out Regarding Impeachment

As more and more news comes out about president Donald Trump's questionable actions regarding Russia, celebrities are starting to weigh in on their thoughts about impeachment.

Several celebrities have now spoken out in favor of impeachment, from those in politics to those as far from politics as possible. Here are just a few of them:

Yesterday, Rob Reiner, the world-renowned producer and director, tweeted that "the greatest gift US could get this Valentine's Day is for Congress to do his job and impeach our treasonous president." That tweet was retweeted by several celebrities, including Dave Foley, star of such shows as NewsRadio.

Talib Kweli has long been questioning the legitimacy of the Trump presidency. Although he has spoken about impeachment in the past, he has now posted several tweets about it with the hashtag #TrumpImpeachmentParty. Other people using that hashtag are Laura Greene and John Fugelsang.

Simon Helberg, one of the stars of The Big Bang Theory, posted this tweet about impeachment:

John Leguizamo is promoting an organization called impeachdonaldtrumpnow.org, another group like #TrumpImpeachmentParty.

Even before the Russia mess, Chelsea Handler tweeted "your cabinet not being in place as a direct result of you doing political favors for people who have no business serving" with the hashtag impeach. Michael Moore has also been calling for the impeachment of Trump for a while.

Many of the tweets regarding impeachment respond to this old Donald Trump tweet:
