As we've written in past articles, Discovery's Blue Collar Backers will be premiering on Friday, and we couldn't be more excited.

We've already taken a look at some of the other Blue Collar Backers, so today were going to take a look at Cameron Davies, another of the investors who will star in the show.

So who is Cameron Davies? Davies, like the other Blue Collar Backers, is an entrepreneur who has developed a passion for investing.

He says that within 10 minutes he can tell whether a person has the passion and drive to be a successful entrepreneur.

These are the people Cameron Davies invests in.

The Blue Collar Backer with a Taste of Entrepreneurship

Cameron Davies got his start in the auto industry with a company called 210 Customs, which used to customize classic cars for celebrities and the film industry.

But as he says, in Discovery's promo, he made a lot of "bad decisions" that kept him from being successful.

After failing in the custom car game, Davies realized he needed another plan. So when his grandparents told him about how hot food trucks have become, he decided to do some research.

After looking into the industry he bought an old truck, which he was quickly able to turn around as a food truck and make a tidy profit off of.

He then took the income for the first truck, and used it to buy additional trucks to turn into food trucks.

Along the way he's built some pretty cool food trucks:

Cameron Davies quickly saw the potential of this business and decided to go into it full-time.

He opened a company called Crusining Kitchens in San Antonio, building large-scale food trucks for large numbers of small businesses.

In the process, he opened other businesses including San Antonio's first mobile food truck park called Boardwalk on Bulverde, and Print It LLC.

But it was only when Davies saw that many of his clients didn't have the money to build their trucks that he should go into investing.

By investing Davies was able to help entrepreneurs who had drive and passion to succeed but lacked capital. He was also able to help with sweat equity and utilize his skills in business development and growth.

Cameron Davies is set to appear in Blue Collar Backers along with entrepreneurs Ron Douglas, Brian Stark and West James, and Cain and Cam Roberds. The show will premiere on Discovery Channel on Friday, August 26, 2016.
