'Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice' Rules The Box Office for a Second Week

The weekend of April 3, saw continuous box office domination by Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice, despite negative reviews from critics. The film doesn't seem to be a hit with every, however, people might be paying to see if it's actually as bad as the critics make it out to be.

"Another Bat-tastic weekend at the global box office as Warner Bros.' 'Batman Vs.

Superman: Dawn of Justice' adds $137.5 million to its already impressive total and finishes its second weekend with $682.8 million in the superhero box-office bank," said comScore's Senior Media Analyst Paul Dergarabedian, according to a recent release.

"Meanwhile, Disney's animated family hit 'Zootopia' continues to roar across the world with an eye toward its next milestone, the $800 million mark."

The Batman V. Superman film is continuing to flourish after harsh criticism of the films direction and supporting cast was completely dissected.

The general consensus does agree that Ben Affleck, did the Batman role plenty of justice, with some even calling Affleck the best Batman ever, without him appearing in a standalone Batman film.
