With five of her bestselling fantasy and science fiction series optioned for video games and two of them currently in development to be released worldwide, multi-platform international bestselling author Kailin Gow is launching Kailin Gow Comics.
The publishing imprint will incorporate the themes of her bestselling book series - strong characters, strong and compelling plots, and universal themes into colorful comic books.
Realizing the artistic talents of emerging and established comic and animation artists in the Southern California and Nevada landscape, as well as abroad, Gow will bring her bestselling book series such as Bitter Frost, PULSE, FADE, Loving Summer, Desire Series, Wicked Woods, and more to life as colorful comic book series to be distributed worldwide and translated into multiple languages.
"I'm thrilled to bring my books to the comic book world with a well-established brand of books," Kailin Gow said. "I got the idea to expand into graphic novels and comics when I began receiving fan art of characters from my books, even fans composing music to the book series they love. There is a fandom there that would love to see their favorite characters and stories from my books come alive on screen. I just want to help their dreams of seeing this come true. I am happy to say these comic books will be created in a way that is more universal than in fiction genre form. Having a background and prior career before becoming an author in art, filmmaking, producing, and the internet; I feel confident the comic books will be something of high artistic quality and collectibility."
Gow is the multi-platform international bestselling author of over 150 published books and over 27 active series in different genres. With over 1 million books sold, she is also one of the most successful 100% indie published author and known to be a pioneer since publishing books and ebooks since 2001.
