Anticipation is building among Opie and Anthony fans for the launch of the Anthony Cumia show August 4.

The host, who was fired by SiriusXM for remarks he made on Twitter, has offered few details about the new program other than promising that it will be truly uncensored.

The outspoken host has never been shy to share his opinions which made his firing perplexing because he did not say anything on Twitter in the posts that led to his ousting that he as not said on the air.

Cumia fans have been vocally supportive of the host tweeting out proof of their cancelled Sirius accounts as well as their receipts for the new subscription-based Anthony Cumia show.

Cumia's former co-hosts Greg "Opie" Hughes and Jim Norton remain under contract to SiriusXM until October and would face millions in penalties if they simply walked off.

Both have been supportive of their long-time co-host and many expect they will join him once their deals expire. Cumia has dropped some hints to that effect but nothing specifically has been announced.

Fans of the host have inundated Twitter using the hastag #standwithant to show their support.
