Funimation has announced via a press release that a new anime film called 'Free: Take Your Marks' will be arriving in USA cinemas this March.

You may have to get your tickets quite quickly mainly because it will only be a one night event.

'Free: Take Your Marks' will be shown at some USA theaters/cinemas on March 14th, 2018 in a one night special alongside a pre-show event on top of that too.

The movie itself will be screened in Japanese audio, but this will be accompanied with English subtitles.

The aforementioned pre-show sounds very exciting for fans. This is because it will include an exclusive animated greeting introducing all of the main characters from the movie.

Fans will also get a chance to take pictures of the event itself so you can remember the special night. If you want to buy advance tickets, these will go on sale on February 18th, 2018.

You can click here to visit the official website to book your tickets when they go live next month. Gen Fukunaga, CEO and founder of Funimation, has commented below about the event.

Free! has been an immensely popular franchise since Day 1 and encompasses a broad cross-section of our fans. All of whom have been anxious to see more. Our event style release of 'Free! -Take Your Marks-' provides fans not only a unique opportunity to experience Free! for the first-time ever on the big screen but also a chance to quench their thirst for the show ahead of this summer's premiere of Season 3. I encourage Free! fans to purchase tickets in advance to guarantee they don't miss-out on this special one-night-only event on March 14th.

If you want to know more about this event, you can like Funimation on Facebook or follow them on Twitter to get more details as they come by.
