After a big comeback performance at the 2016 Grammys Adele stopped by the Ellen DeGeneres show to rehash her performance, discuss her family trip to Disneyland and perform her new single "All I Ask," off her chart-topping album 25.

There has been a lot of talk surrounding Adele's performance at the 2016 Grammys with some saying that she "sounded flat." The finger is being pointed in many directions, however, Adele explains exactly what happened during her interview with DeGeneres.

"Soundcheck was great, it went really well," said Adele.

"I was really excited and then during the changeover the microphones fell on to the piano strings which is what the guitar noise was. Some people thought it was Bieber rehearsing but it wasn't him.

We're on great terms. And um it just kind of put the whole thing off really."

DeGeneres asked Adele if she could tell and she said that she did hear it right away and wanted to turn around and lift it up but she froze. She joked that it was just emotion and that when she is flat or sharp, she's just emotional. However, Adele did admit that she felt really bad and cried almost all day the day before appearing on the show.

She did say that she would have cried if it also went really well. Adele also said that she still gets stage-fright, especially because there is more pressure the more successful she gets.

Meanwhile, all the mishaps behinds, Adele talked about the first family trip they took to Disneyland. Adele has a 3-year-old son who has been enjoying all that L.A. has to offer. She says that he is singing but he isn't musical yet.

As for the trip, Adele said she was dreading it but ended up having a lot of fun. She actually cried a lot when meeting some of the characters walking around the park.

Of course fans were later on treated to a much better performance from Adele. You can check out her interview, the performance, "Ellen in Adele's Ear" and Adele's voicemail for DeGeneres in the videos below.
