This evening, things got a lot worse for HBO.

After weeks of hacks, which resulted in several top shows being released online, and ransom requests, an organization called OurMine posted on Twitter about having hacked HBO.

In addition to having hacked HBO's main Twitter account, it also hacked the Twitter accounts of several HBO TV shows.

Ourmine is the same organization that has hacked other celebs and companies, including the Twitter accounts of Jack Dorsey of Twitter, Sundar Pinchai of Google.

It has also hacked Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook account, and more. They claim to be white hat; however, that is in dispute.

In a tweet, Ourmine told HBO security to go to Ourmine.org in order to get more information. If you go to Ourmine.org, after filling out a Captcha, you see a request to sell security services.

Ourmine apparently promises to secure your social media and email for a fee. If you click through from that you get to a "news" website called Global Grind.

Ourmine.org is protected from DDoS via Cloudflare and has a private WHOIS domain entry. Global Grind's domain name is also protected by a private registrar service, and goes to a Wordpress server.

There is a donation option on the Ourmine.org site, which goes to a Paypal link. Paypal will likely shut this down as soon as it becomes aware of the hack. The site also has a contact form.

Ourmine has requested that #HBOHacked get trended on Twitter. That appears to be happening currently.

You may remember that HBO has been hacked multiple times recently, resulting in multiple ransom requests.

Several episodes of Game of Thrones were leaked online after the ransom amounts were reportedly not met. One or more episodes of the upcoming season of Curb Your Enthusiasm were also stolen from HBO servers.

It is still unknown who is responsible for those hacks.
